Application
It is placed between the oil diffusion pump and the vacuum chamber to prevent the oil vapor of the diffusion pump from polluting the vacuum chamber
It is placed between the cryopump and the vacuum chamber to protect the cryopump from heat radiation
When used together with vacuum pump, it can capture the water vapor and toxic and harmful gases discharged from the vacuum pumping equipment, improve the working efficiency of vacuum equipment, significantly reduce the steam intake of vacuum pump, and extend the service time of vacuum pump. The cold trap temperature adopts digital display mode, which is convenient to determine the starting time of the vacuum pump and prevent water from being pumped into the pump
