CDA series of heatless air dryer is the perfect companion of low flow compressed air system, which is used to provide very dry clean air

Standard working conditions: working pressure 0.62MPa ≤ P ＜ 0.76MPa, inlet temperature 15 ℃ ≤ T ≤ 25 ℃

Selection conditions:

Working pressure range: 0.4MPa ≤ P ＜ 0.9MPa,

Inlet temperature range: 10 ℃ ≤ T ≤ 30 ℃

Technical indicators: pressure dew point ≤ - 40 ℃ td, regeneration gas consumption ≤ 2%~5%, emission noise ≤ 75dBA

Standard power distribution: 220V 50Hz (DC24V optional)

Features

Deep drying

The pressure dew point is continuously stable below - 40 ℃ td (option: - 70 ℃ td). Only a very low consumption of regenerated air can maintain a stable pressure dew point, ensuring that compressed air is efficiently dried and purified;

Integrated precision filtration

Integrated precision filter at air outlet: Class F 0.01 μ， It also adopts a quick-plugging and quick interface to solve the problem of compressed air reaching the standard in a one-stop way
